Ignacio Osorio has been working with GeoConcepts since 2005. He is the team business manager. His comprehensive knowledge of the company allows him to plan, direct, and coordinate the daily and strategic business operations.
He oversees the invoicing of over 30,000 work hours yearly for more than 450 clients. His duties also include collections of accounts receivable. He sets up over 150 new projects yearly and coordinates the business aspect of our company with homeowners in charge of single-family residence projects to multinational corporations developing larger projects.
Additionally, he is responsible for budgeting, customer service, company and employee data analysis, project specific insurance certification, human resources, employee evaluations, and other business associated responsibilities. Moreover, Ignacio speaks and writes fluently in Spanish.
