Daniel (Dan) Glaser began working in the geology and geotechnical field almost 19 years ago. For the first 8 years of his career, he gained extensive experience as the grading foreman for his father’s company, Glaser Engineering. During this time, Dan was responsible for all aspects pertaining to pre and post construction on grading sites throughout California. Some of his responsibilities included monitoring and managing all onsite operators, performing line and grade layouts, operating heavy equipment, drafting of cut/fill grading plans, and coordination with City and State governing agencies.
In 2001, Dan joined GeoConcepts to perform geologic and geotechnical observations as a Senior Field Technician. He is responsible for mapping, grading and construction observations and testing. Some of his projects include observations for grading, shoring and foundations for single family residences, condominiums, slope repairs, slot cut observations, residential tracts, commercial and industrial properties.
